The problem with these mental conditions, like depression and anxiety, are the overwhelming feeling of helplessness and hopelessness. You feel that you are in a very dark, never ending tunnel. No matter how hard you try to make yourself happy, the darkness just never goes away.
My goal with Erthe Life is to reach out to everyone around the globe who is suffering or know someone suffering from mental illness and say, “there will always be light at the end of the tunnel, your struggles today will only make you stronger tomorrow”.
In today’s blog post, I would like to present to you some practices which has been proven to help anyone experiencing any kind of mental illness
Conscious Living might be a new term for some, but living a conscious lifestyle has been practiced for many years. Conscious living is all about how you are living and appreciating everything around you. It begins with understanding yourself and your lifestyle, followed by a continuous path of self-development and clearing of mental or physical blockages you've endured over the years.
Conscious living is all about being mindful. Practicing mindfulness involves living with inner peace and how the world deeply connects with us. It brings us gratitude and happiness right here and right now.
A large percentage of plastic waste comes from single-use plastic water bottles. The ever-increasing use of plastic over the years has filled up our oceans and landfills with unwanted plastic pollution. Plastic takes thousands of years to decompose with a large amount of oil used in the production process.
An easy way to start reducing plastic use is to stop buying single-use plastic bottled water and replace them with a reusable water bottle. Not only will it save you money in the long run, but this is also such a simple habit to start in your journey to sustainable living.
With each choice we make, we end up spending our lives giving a lot of ourselves, our time, our love and our energy. These choices often are in the pursuit of a better version of ourselves, whether its physical, mental, financial or all of them above.
A lot of the time we believe that the choices we make are actually sacrifices. So often we feel this is a sense of “giving up” something of yourself for the greater good of the world. Each of these choices could be viewed as a sacrifice, or are they just choices?
