Led by founder Simon Yuen, his team and collaborating facilitators, these events offer a grounded, embodied approach to breathwork, supporting relaxation, emotional regulation, and deeper connection through gentle, intentional experiences. Each workshop is held in a supportive group environment with clear guidance, spacious facilitation, and respect for individual pacing.
