Erthe Life Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

1. Overview

The Erthe Life Affiliate Program (the "Program") is designed to reward our affiliates ("you," "your," or "Affiliate") for promoting Erthe Life products, workshops, and events. By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To join the Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid website, blog, social media account, or any online or in person platform/channel to promote Erthe Life products and events.
• Complete the affiliate application process and be approved by Erthe Life.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an Affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Erthe Life products, workshops, and events using your unique discount code and referral link provided by Erthe Life.
• Ensure that all promotional materials comply with local laws, including, but not limited to, guidelines on advertising and endorsements.
• Refrain from making false or misleading claims about Erthe Life products, workshops, and events.
• Avoid any spamming practices or activities that could harm Erthe Life's reputation.

4. Discounts and Commissions

4.1 Discounts

• All affiliates will be provided with a unique discount code and referral link. This code and link will offer a 10% discount to their community on all products, workshops, and events available through the Erthe Life website, including Erthe Life branded products, Shroommate branded products, Myotapes & Buteyko Belts and Ceremonial Cacao products.

4.2 Commissions

• Erthe Life and Shroommate Branded Products: Affiliates earn a 15% commission on sales of Erthe Life branded products made through their referral link.
• Other Products: Affiliates earn a 5% commission on sales of other branded products made through their referral link.
• Workshops and Events: Affiliates earn a 10% commission on referrals for Erthe Life workshops and events.

5. Payouts

• Commissions are calculated based on the net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, and any other applicable fees) generated through your referral link.
• Payments are made on the 5th working day of each month when a minimum balance of $100 is met before commissions are paid out. If the balance is not met, the payment will roll over to the following month.
• Erthe Life reserves the right to withhold commission payouts if there is any indication of fraud or violation of these Terms and Conditions.

6. Term and Termination

• The Program begins upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated by either party.
• Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
• Affiliates may NOT post their code or tracking link on coupon sites, and it may result in termination of membership and cancellation of commissions. Examples of coupon sites include australiancoupons.com.au, retailmenot, joinhoney.com, coupons.com and offers.com.
• Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all promotional materials provided by Erthe Life, including discount codes and referral links.

7. Modification

Erthe Life reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through the affiliate dashboard. Continued participation in the Program after such modifications will constitute your consent to the changes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Erthe Life will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this Program, including loss of revenue or commissions.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from this agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By applying to the Erthe Life Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
