About Simon Yuen
Simon welcomes you to the leading Breathwork Hong Kong Community. Simon has been guiding people from across the globe through breathwork workshops and ceremonies since 2018. May last year, he had the privilege to start guiding thousands of people in Hong Kong and across parts of Asia in a transformational journey of breathwork with profound experiences.
He is now the Community Head of the Breathless Academy, assisting in Snow Expeditions, Instructor Training, and Master Training alongside Founder Johannes Egberts and has now formed a community of breathwork enthusiasts all over Hong Kong.
With a focus on innovative fitness techniques and advanced breathwork practices, he has become a leader in his field. Simon’s ability to align health’s physical and mental aspects is inspirational. He is an incredible mentor for those seeking peak performance in sports and everyday life. His never-ending adventures include hiking to the summit of Australia’s highest mountains, Mount Hotham, Mount Kosciusko and surrounding peaks in minimal clothing and swimming in icy rivers and lakes.
Simon has always been fascinated by the profound connection between the mind, body, and spirit. This curiosity led him to explore various holistic practices, but it wasn't until he discovered breathwork that everything truly clicked into place for him.
