Orders are generally processed and prepared for dispatch within 2 business days. Shipping rates and available delivery options are shown at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Delivery Within Australia

We offer standard and express delivery throughout Australia.

Orders under $99

Shipping is calculated at checkout using current Australia Post delivery rates based on your order and delivery location.

Available options may include:

Parcel Post — calculated at checkout
Express Post — calculated at checkout

Orders $99 & Over

Free Standard Delivery is available on Australian orders of $99 or more.

You can also choose Express Delivery for $15 if you'd like your order sent using our faster delivery option.

MYOTAPE & Mouth Tape

MYOTAPE and selected mouth tape products include free standard delivery within Australia, even when your order is under $99.

Express delivery options may also be available at checkout for $8.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to a wide range of destinations using Australia Post.

International shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery country, the products in your order, and the available Australia Post services.

Depending on your destination, you may be able to choose between standard and express international delivery.

Simply enter your delivery address at checkout to see the available shipping options, estimated delivery times and current rates for your destination.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in your Erthe Life order or shipping cost and, where applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs processing can also affect delivery times, so international delivery estimates should be considered a guide rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Processing & Delivery Times

Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process and prepare your order before dispatch.

Delivery time is additional to this processing period and will vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected.

Where available, estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available for the selected service.
