Spirit Breath Breathwork Ceremony | Hong Kong Trauma-Informed Workshop
After more than a year away, Simon Yuen returns to Hong Kong for one intimate Spirit Breath Ceremony.
This is a trauma-informed breathwork ceremony designed to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep reconnection through conscious connected breathing.
If you feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or carrying unprocessed stress — this experience was created for you.
Date: Tuesday 17th March 2026
Time: 7:30pm to 9:30pm
Location: Soho House Hong Kong
What Is Spirit Breath?
Spirit Breath is a guided breathwork ceremony in Hong Kong that bridges mind, body and spirit using conscious connected breathing.
This immersive 2-hour experience combines:
• Trauma-informed breathwork
• Live sound healing
• Nervous system-based facilitation
• Structured integration and grounding
This is powerful inner work — guided, never forced.
Unlike large-scale workshops, this is intentionally kept to a small intimate group to ensure a safe, personal and deeply supported experience.
Why Trauma-Informed Breathwork Matters
Not all breathwork is the same.
Spirit Breath follows trauma-informed principles, including:
- Gradual activation
- Choice-based participation
- Nervous system awareness
- Emotional safety
- Small group container
You remain in control of your experience at all times.
Release is invited — never pushed.
This approach allows the body to complete stored stress safely, rather than overwhelm the system.
Benefits of Breathwork
Participants often experience:
- Emotional release
- Reduced anxiety and stress
- Nervous system recalibration
- Greater clarity and self-awareness
- Improved emotional regulation
- Heart expansion and reconnection with purpose
Breathwork works by shifting physiology first, allowing mental clarity and emotional integration to follow.
Why This Hong Kong Breathwork Ceremony Is Different
This is the only Spirit Breath ceremony Simon will be offering in Hong Kong during this visit.
It is not a tour.
It is not a recurring class.
It is one intimate gathering.
The small group setting allows:
- Individual attention
- Deeper personal journeys
- A stronger sense of safety
- Authentic human connection
If you’ve been waiting for the right moment — this is it.
